Stephen congratulated my already at midnight, and this morning he gave me several clues, which led me to a lot of goodies hidden in the house and in the car, for example lots of pastries in the fridge and chocolates here and there

. He knows very well what his wife likes!
After breakfast (including a delicious pastry), we drove to Kokkola to go shopping. A factory producing high-quality clothes, mainly sports-clothes, had a big sale, which we luckily found out about through the newspaper this morning. It was a very good sale, up to 70% on lots of items. We both found quite a lot of clothes to buy, and Stephen paid everything, a very good birthday present!
We did some more shopping in the centre of Kokkola before it was time for lunch. We decided to go to our new, favourite restaurant there, namely Pedrina's TexMex. We ordered chicken wings as starters and veggie dip as main course, and the portions are so large that we did not have space for any dessert.
We needed to rest a bit after the huge meal, so we went to a nearby park. We sat on a bench while Miranda was playing in the grass. However, after a little while it started to rain, so we did not stay long.
In the evening I had a small birthday-party in Bennas, for my brother and his family, my grandfather and my relatives Gun-Lis and Olof. My dad had bought a delicious birthday cake, and I had baked blueberry muffins. I got some more presents, and even Stephen had yet another present for me: the last book in the Harry Potter-series! I have really looked forward to reading it, so I cannot wait to start!
