The PicuMarZ Diary

Stephen told me this morning that he needs to go to Birzebbugia to search some plants, and he asked if I wanted to come with him. At first I said no, because I felt quite tired and lazy, but luckily I changed my mind!

Stephen dropped off me and Miranda near Birzebbugia church, while he drove to a nearby valley called Wied Znuber. Miranda was asleep in the pram all the time while I took photographs of the church both outside and inside.

Then I walked to the beach, called Pretty Bay, and when I arrived there Miranda had woken up. However, she was very quiet and content, so I could swim for a while on my own, Miranda sat in the pram watching me . Then I took Miranda with me in the water, and at first she was a bit afraid as usual. But after some playing in the water she started to enjoy herself, and soon she sat in the water laughing and playing with her bath toy. I am glad that she now has started to like the beach and the sea.

After our fun in the sea we went to the nearby playing field, and Miranda had more fun, in the swings. After a while we were both getting thirsty, so we went to a cafeteria where I bought a milkshake and Miranda drank a full bottle of milk.

Stephen picked us up a while later, and we had time to sit on a bench reading with Miranda and walk a bit on the beach before we went back home.

I ate quickly and then I drove to San Gwann for the computer course.
