The PicuMarZ Diary

Year 2009 was dominated by two events in our family:

1. 3rd May: birth of our son Martyn! Our new family member was welcomed with open arms, Miranda was also very happy with her new "toy", and is a good big sister (most of the time). Martyn is already 8 months old and has a obvious place in our family. He is a very happy and curious baby, loves to sit on the carpet trying to grab anything near him, and put it in his mouth. He loves to eat, never leaves anything in the plate .

2. 1st Oct: Miranda starts pre-school! We decided to rent a flat in Gozo for one year in order for Miranda to attend school in Zebbug, Gozo. It turned out to be a very good decision, both we and Miranda like the school. She is in a small class, just 7 children, and the teacher is very good. The first few days Miranda was crying when we left her there, but now she loves it and sometimes she does not want to come with me when I pick her up .
