The PicuMarZ Diary

In the morning I took Miranda and Martyn with my to the playing field at Bennas school, Miranda riding her bike and Martyn riding his small car. We played for quite a while there, since my friend Gorel and her sons Tor and Ivar also happened to come there, always more fun with company! ha

After lunch the whole family drove to Storsand in Hirvlax (near Munsala) and we were very positively surprised by the large and beautiful sandy beach there. It was perfect for the kids since the sea water is very shallow there, and we all played a lot in the water, with a ball and just splashing. Stephen had planned to spend his time exploring the flora, but he ended up playing with the kids in the water most of the time .

We had taken pizza and some other snacks with us as picnic food, and everyone ate with good apetite after our long water adventure. We will definitely try to come back here once more this summer.

When we were about to leave the area the kids discovered a large chess game, and had fun lining up all the characters next to each other. An alternative type of chess game .
