This was a very sad day for me, all my work mates and of course especially for the relatives of Kevin Ciantar. He did yesterday, only 33 years old, and we were all shocked and very, very sad. It seems such a waste that a young, kind person like him has to die. The funeral took place in the morning in Hamrun church.
As his work mates it was natural for all of us to go to the funeral to show our respect to him, but still it felt strange to go back to work afterwards. I felt so sad that life seemed to go on without him immediately. I know that life must go on, but it is still depressing in a way.
