Short but lovely holiday at Gozo

I and Malin decided to go for a short holiday at Gozo and enjoy the wonderful beaches, delicious local food, country side and nice kind people there are in this second largest island of the Maltese archipelago. We left to Gozo on Sunday late morning and arrived to our flat about 14:00. We stayed together for 4 days (Sun to Wed) in this peaceful island where we spent most of the time by the beach, dining out, going for a walk (or a drive when it was too hot) and well lazying around. We went for the feast of Madonna Bambina at Xghara and also gathered lots of prickly pears which seem that nobody is interested to pick here. There we also experienced a fierce thunderstorm, which luckily was during the night. You can see the photogallery dedicated to this event (Click here).
