SELMUN

This is one of the typical country views in Malta during Spring. This is one of Malta's famous country side called Selmun, and further below there is a place called Mistra and a small beach bay (Mistra Bay). You can see a castle, which nowadays serves as a hotel called Selmun Palace. The blue sky and little high clouds are typical in Spring and Summer.

This is Mistra Bay situated around plenty of trees and country side. The last time I swam here (20yrs ago!), I remember that there were many types of seaweed and algae. In Spring the sea is still quite cold, and so that's why you can't see much people around. It is a very beautiful place and I love it very much.

DINGLI

Dingli is one of my favourites places to go to relax and walk along the countryside at one side, and seaside over high cliffs at the other. Dingli Cliffs are the highest point in Malta and there is plenty fresh air and beautiful sunsets.

SUNSET AT DINGLI

Since Dingli is situated at the West of Malta, the sunset can be easily seen, and usually it would be a picturesque beautiful view as seen here.

RED CLOUDS

Beautiful picture of the sky and clouds during a marvellous sunset in Malta. This was taken from the roof of our house in Spring

AEROPLANE PHOTO 1

Picture of Malta from an aeroplane while coming back from my Holiday in Budapest in Sep 2001. This is the west side of malta, were Rabat, Dingli, Golden Bay and other neighbour cities can be seen. Unfortunately the window of the aeroplane was a bit untidy and so the photo is not well defined.

Another photo from the aeroplane, this time in a more central part of Malta. The street is one of the main streets which is near to my house and I drive from it quite often.

COMINO ISLAND (1999)

This is a photo taken from the 3rd important island of the Maltese islands - Kemmuna. It is just about 2 km diameter and there is a nice hotel situated there. Ideal for honeymoon purposes if you wish to be isolated from the rest of the world!!! However Kemmuna beach is not an isolated place at all and many tourist and Maltese go here to swim in this marvellous blue beach.

XLENDI (GOZO)

This is another beutiful beach/raft found in the 2nd important island of Malta, hence Gozo. This place is called Xlendi and it is one of the most popular places in summer especially with tourists, because apart from the beache, there are also quite some restaurants, discotheqes and night life which is not found a lot in other places in Gozo.
